Pricing
Our villa comfortably sleeps 12 people and is fully equipped to the highest quality. Our pricing for the villa is regardless of number of people and is priced per week.
Starting from £85.00 per night during low season up to a maximum of £100.00 per night during the high season.
For two families going on holiday, at £50.00 per night it works out cheaper per night than the majority of the 3* or above hotels in International Drive.
Rentals on the villa can accommodate any number of days and do not need to be made up of complete weeks.
Please note that these costs exclude any cost for heating the pool and spa. These costs are optional, you can choose to heat the spa, the pool or both and pricing ranges based on time of year. We will discuss these options and additional costs with you at the time of your booking.
Please check our availability calendar for the time you would like to go. Please note that no bookings are placed in the calendar until we have received a deposit for your booking.
Non refundable deposits of £300 per booking are required. This can be made using cheque or bank transfer.
