Our villa is situated in the 46 acre tropical paradise of the wonderful Aviana Resort in Orlando, Florida. Located just a short drive from all of Orlando's famous Florida attractions and Orlando International Airport.

Aviana is an exclusive private resort inside a gated community which is home to 370 luxury villas. The heart of the resort is the 6,500 square foot clubhouse which hosts amenities include swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center, sand volleyball, children's playground and putting green.

Florida is also renowned for its amazing golf courses. The Providence Golf and Country Club is the most local to Aviana but there many others which are conveniently located.
